The hotel gave me mixed feelings. On one hand, the location was fantastic, just a short distance from the main avenue. The dining experience was really good with a huge selection of food, but on the flip side, the rooms were simply appalling, with permanent holes and stains everywhere. The service was a bit of a hit and miss, with very supportive staff but also lacking presence in some areas of the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, but not very fancy. The service was top-notch, especially in helping with taxi arrangements. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Hermitage museum. The dining experience was fantastic with great food quality, although a bit pricey. The facilities were well-maintained, including an indoor pool and saunas.

The suite I stayed in was average, clean, and a bit worn out, lacking a minibar but cozy. The service was poorly managed, especially for a five-star hotel. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and along the river, with interesting spots for kids. The dining offered a substantial variety of delicious dishes but could improve. The facilities were decent, nothing extraordinary.

The hotel was quite good overall. The rooms, while okay, might not fully meet the 5-star standard for some, but we were pleasantly surprised with an unexpected upgrade to a suite. The view outside the rooms could be better than an air conditioning unit. The service at the reception was highly satisfactory, and the rooms were kept very clean. Breakfast provided nice options, though a bit limited for vegetarians. The location was superb, near the Summer Palace and within walking distance to many tourist attractions, making it a convenient choice. The hotel has great potential and is a good value for money.
